Biography:

Carol Hicklin attended and graduated from Logan High School. She completed her Bachlor of Science Degree in Education in 1985 at Eastern New Mexico University. All of her 25 years of teaching experience has been here in Tucumcari Schools. She taught kindergarten her first year and has taught first grade for the remaining 24 years. Taking classes to continue her education and keeping up on new teaching methods is always a priority for her.

Ms. Hicklin engoys working in her yard, swimming and taking care of her two dogs. She has one son, Darin Hicklin, who is a senior at Tucumcari High School this year.
